Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Signature Smiles! Going to the dentist has always been a bit daunting for me, but the team here, led by the exceptionally talented Dr. Kaveh Kandi, made the whole process seamless and, dare I say, enjoyable! This review is for Signature Smiles of Park Ridge. My husband and I have expressed how we enjoy coming to our dental visits here. I've been in my Invisalign process roughly 8 months and with much more to get done to get those perfect whites. I am loving the process! Starting with Dr. Baidas, she is so gentle and sweet. Those needles in the gums don't even faze you with her. That's how gentle! All the ladies from start to finish constantly check up on you and make sure you are comfortable. I ended up needing my wisdom tooth removed and they ensured that the procedure remained stress-free. This was a huge relief for me as I had never had this done before. I am so happy with this practice. It's a lovely family owned Business that really cares about your dental health. It's a very calming place and you really feel welcome. Jessica is a lovely, knowledgeable, and is very clear front desk manager. Dr. Layla is amazing and smart. She is out for your well-being and explains everything she is doing. Her Husband Dr. Haazam is the Root canal expert and Dr. Salem is the orthodontist Antonia is the dental assistant and it makes me happy to see her. It's a great transparent way of doing business without feeling that they just want $$$$$$$$. The opposite actually. It was an out of network for insurance and they will now become in network. To start, I haven’t been to a dentist in 11 years. I’m 25 for reference. I came in here with a multitude of problems from crowns to fillings and things in between. I cannot say more positive things about dr. And her whole staff. Even just today, dr. Layla Fixed my two front teeth, something cosmetic that I’ve been insecure about for 11 years. Any other dentist I went to said that they couldn’t fix it, that it wasn’t important yet. But dr. Layla Felt it was important because of my insecurity, and I took a picture today and I smiled with my teeth. Finally! On the financial side of things too, they’re realistic, and the prices are very good, even for me, someone who can’t really afford things right now. Long story short, this is hands down the best facility, staff and care you could have in the area. 10/10 recommend.

I initially booked my appointment at this office thinking that it was located further south. I then drove far out to get to my appointment and was very close to be late. I am so glad that I made it because this place is awesome! The staff is friendly, especially the sweet and funny office manager at the front desk named Jessica. They answered all of my questions ( and I had a lot!) Lastly, they made me feel safe and comfortable by listening to my concerns about pain and offering feedback for healthy at home care. When I came to Dr. Baidas and her team, I had knew what I wanted but I also had my concerns. In the past, I had seen veneers that made the individual look more like a horse than anything else. I explained to Dr. Baidas that I wanted a nice, healthy looking & natural smile that warranted compliments and not criticism. From day 1, not only did Dr Baidas and her team offer guaranteed results but her staff was so welcoming, polite and accommodating. They made me feel so comfortable and there was never a time when it was too late to call or text to ask questions or answer anything that came up during my process. There was a time during the process where I chipped my temporary veneer (absolutely my fault) and Dr. Baidas moved her entire schedule around to fit me in to repair the chip. You simply cannot ask for better customer service or etiquette! My entire process has hands down been the best 5 Star experience I could have ever imagined! I am absolutely satisfied with my amazing veneers and the entire experience around it! Dr. Baidas and her team were Professional, Accommodating and my experience and satisfaction a major priority and you just dont have that kind of experience with most Dentist these days. Getting my wisdom teeth out was quick, fun, and easy experience here at Awesome Dentistry! Everyone was warm and friendly and you can even watch TV in any of the office rooms. They have a lot of scheduling availability and can fit you in at any time. I was not even in any pain. If I still had wisdom teeth to remove, I’d get them out here.

I am so happy that we became patients at this establishment under urgent circumstances. My boyfriend had a horrible gum infection, nerve showing & was in excruciating pain. After calling several other dentists, leaving voicemails after hours requesting that they contact me, Jocelyn was our saving Grace. An emergency operation had to be done & Jocelyn & Tony got us in IMMEDIATELY after hours. They both provided excellent customer care with the best quality of service. I found Awesome Dentistry when I had an after hours dental emergency the first year they opened. It has been several years now .... and I am a frequent flyer & dedicated patient. I will go no where else. I am one of those tough patients with problematic teeth due to more than one autoimmune disease. With that also comes hyperalgesia (super increased pain sensitivity) and a blood disorder. So finding a good dentist is ‘mandatory.’ The staff here goes out of their way to make sure I am comfortable & pain free - this is not easy at all. They have found incredibly imaginative ways for me to pay on my meager income. They also adjust as my needs change - and truly they are always changing. Their group of dentists are super well-informed & dedicated to your entire health. In the past at other dentists, I was forced to endure root canals without full anesthesia as my body reacts differently & had become immune. Dr. Kufta & Dr. Danesh make it totally painless. All done with ease and and a smile on their face. This entire staff works as a unit - tightly held together by Jocelyn. There is no manager or treatment coordinator to be found that can match her work. She is dedicated. She has put together an amazing group of people that come to you. The customer service at his place is phenomenal!!!! Jocelyn was extremely warm, and welcoming when I arrived. She treated me as if she had known me for years. Both the general dentist and the orthodontist were amazing. They were extremely gentle yet they provided effective treatment, and care to me. Called one morning because I've been in pain for some time. I talked to Jocelyn and she helped me get in to be seen and worked with my insurance company so I could have work done right away. I've been to many other dentists who shove you out the door when you don't have a lot of money. This place makes you feel like family. So my whole family will be coming here now. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this dentists office. Not only will they work with you but they have the best staff possible. Super friendly and full of beautiful smiles. You won't be disappointed!

Had pain in wisdom teeth. I was able to get in to get checked out and schedule a procedure to have them removed. They explained the process well and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. Everyone on their staff was friendly. Everyone here is ridiculously friendly! They explain what they are doing, which helps me since I'm always so anxious at the dentist. Very reasonable hours and very easy to schedule an appointment. Did I mention the staff is super friendly? Seriously, best customer service ever!
